I didn't stay at the hotel but I was lost and my phone had died. Two members of staff, Vicki and Denson, were very kind in helping me charge my phone and book and taxi. I hope they are recognised for their kindness and hard work. I would consider staying at the hotel based on their helpfulness.

Spacious room, strategic location, quite strong wifi, competitive price, pretty big swimming pool. But the building looks too old. My husband booked 2 rooms for my family but we gotta wait for 1 room for about 1 hour++ after the check in hour. Days before we checked in, my husband got a bit difficulty in confirming his booking when he called to the receptionist. The lady on the phone kept saying that she couldn't find the booking while we gave her the confirmation number and full name already. But overall, the stay was fine

I was not aware about what "81 hotels" are and while looking for an accomodation i was mainly targeting the are of my Customer and distance from the airport. I was so tired that i fall aslept in minutes. Good staff and a plenty of restaurants in a parallel street.
